Masraf Al Rayan held its second extraordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday during which the bank’s shareholders approved some resolutions. The bank’s EGM approved the amendments introduced to the Articles of Association, which is authenticated under No 3170/2016 on 19/1/2016, in order to comply with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law number (11) for the year 2015. The extra-ordinary general assembly approved the amended copy of the articles of association, which was approved by the Ministry of Economy & Commerce and the Qatar Central Bank. The bank’s EGM has authorised the chairman and managing director or his designee to sign the amended Articles of Association and to take all necessary measures and/or actions to implement this resolution.
