Mannai Auto Group has been congratulated by representatives of Cadillac Middle East, at an Iftar gathering in Doha, for winning the 2015 General Motors International Grandmasters award for its Cadillac operations.
Mannai Auto received the global award at a ceremony in Barcelona, Spain, recently.
The special Ramadan Iftar was held for Cadillac customers in Qatar. On the occasion, Group general manager Mohamed Helmy said: “Mannai Auto is honoured to be recognised with the Grandmasters award in successive years and we will continue to build on this achievement to ensure the quality of our services and the relationships with our customers
continue to grow.”
Felix Weller, managing director of Cadillac Middle East, attributed this success to the “efforts of the dealership and its people at every level in adhering to exacting standards set by Cadillac for all its operations”. “We congratulate Mannai Auto on their fantastic achievement and their consistent performance in the annual Grandmasters
programme.”
On his trip to Doha, Weller was accompanied by Samer El Khalil, dealer network development manager from Cadillac’s Middle East headquarters. On the night, the officials also recognised Mannai staff for their efforts in sales, customer service and after-sales.
The Grandmasters awards are the highest accolades granted by General Motors (GM) to its global dealer partners. The programme was created to reward GM’s best dealers, based on vehicle and parts sales, service, customer satisfaction and
facility standards.
Winners are selected based on both the value and the quality of their operations.
