The Qatar Olympic Committee and the Qatar Volleyball Association held a ceremony to honour the Qatari beach volleyball team, which has qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics. The ceremony was attended by the QOC Secretary General HE Dr Thani bin Abdulrahman al-Kuwari, QVBA President Khalid Ali al-Mawlawi, Qatar’s Chef De Mission Mohamed al-Fadalah and QVBA Board Members. HE Dr al-Kuwari honoured the Qatari team members and QVBA Executive Director Ahmad al-Shaybani.
