Global ICT solutions provider Huawei has sponsored the fourth season of Qatar Rail Football League (QRFL) as part of its efforts to celebrate Ramadan and foster social bonds. In this regard, Huawei has been honoured by the league committee, at an awards ceremony held recently, for being the main sponsor of the internal event and providing support to the social initiative. Taking place during the holy month, the 16-day event is part of an internal initiative to enhance co-operation among employees and encourage them to have a good time together, according to a statement. Following the 2016 edition’s success, Huawei has announced that it will also be a part of next season’s league, taking place during Ramadan 2017.
