Mannai wins Qatar IT Business 2016 Award

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) has recognised Mannai Trading Co, Qatar’s leading systems integrator, as Service Provider of the Year (Hardware) at the Qatar IT Business 2016 Awards ceremony. 
The award was announced in the presence of HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti and HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani. 
The award competition is an initiative of the MoTC and provides a platform to showcase IT business-related achievements in Qatar. 
Mannai earned the award by demonstrating “great innovation, best practices and inspirational ways of developing new ideas to drive a connected society”, the company said in a statement yesterday. “The recognition reflects the depth and breadth of Mannai’s commitment to deliver top-quality Oracle hardware solutions that drive breakthrough results for their clients across Qatar.”
Mannai helps customers by providing “innovative and specialised” solutions and services based on Oracle hardware that drive real business value and results by using the large workforce of Oracle-certified professionals locally present within Mannai. 
Together, Mannai and Oracle have been helping their customers achieve high performance and competitive advantage in their industries using Oracle solutions. 
“The award for Service Provider of the Year (Hardware) encourages innovation by IT companies in Qatar, who use Oracle’s hardware products and technology to create value for customers,” the statement noted.
The long-term Mannai and Oracle alliance focuses on delivering value to clients in enterprise relationship management, customer relationship management, business process management, mobility and leading solutions, with a specific focus on helping organisations improve cost structures and grow new revenue streams.
