Some 19 tents of Syrian families were damaged in the fire, 13 of which were totally destroyed.
A QRCS team conducted field investigations, listed victims, documented the damage, and co-ordinated with Lebanon’s Ministry of Social Affairs, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Lebanese Red Cross (LRC), and other humanitarian partners.
It provided urgent cash subsidies to more than 60 victims of the fire, QRCS said in a statement.
