Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) has pledged to support and operate Al-Thawra Hospital in Taiz, Yemeni Minister for Local Administration and Chairman of the Higher Committee for Relief Abdalrguib Fath said.
In a statement to Yemen News Agency, the minister said that the Qatari side has pledged to support in the health sector through Qatar Red Crescent Society, noting that QRCS officials ensured their readiness to run the hospital for one year and to provide it with all medical equipment and aid to alleviate the suffering of the sick people in Taiz.
The Yemeni Minister hailed Qatar for its support to the Yemeni government during the difficult conditions faced by the country.
