Six months after being launched, Ooredoo’s business desks are receiving thousands of visitors every month at Ooredoo Shops as business customers take advantage of the new service.
The Ooredoo dedicated business desks, which opened in selected Ooredoo retail stores in February, were designed to give business customers easier access to business services to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
The desks, which are located at Al Khor, Salwa, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah, City Center, Old Airport, Landmark, and Hyatt Plaza Ooredoo Shops, enable business customers to purchase the company’s business portfolio and services in-store, including Shahry Smart and Hala Business packs, fibre and mobile broadband, SIP-T business telephony, smart office, Ooredoo cloud Services, and more.
Ooredoo has seen a strong uptick in the number of companies deploying business solutions in 2016, particularly from small and medium-sized businesses in Qatar looking to realise greater efficiencies.
Ooredoo Qatar chief operating officer Yousuf al-Kubaisi said, “In addition to enhancing the level of customer care for companies, we are also introducing special offers for businesses at these locations, bringing superior value and productivity to small and SOHO businesses. This new business desks channel has proven to be a significant success, and with thousands of customers being served every month, we hope to extend the programme further in the near future.”
Each dedicated desk offers customers a trained business sales representative to assist with their business needs and discuss communication plans.
More details of all plans, pricing, and offers available for business customers can be had from Ooredoo shops or 800-8000 / www.ooredoo.qa/business
