Ooredoo has encouraged customers to visit its Ooredoo Extra website, as the company has released a host of new services on the dedicated site since its launch.
Ooredoo Extra was designed to give customers a one-stop-shop for all of the company’s entertainment, add-ons, and news-based services, and since its launch has grown to provide services and features in a host of categories including Music, Games, News, Sports, Health & Education, Islamic and more.
Popular content on Ooredoo Extra includes the Ooredoo Gaming portal which enables Qatar’s smartphone users to play games on-the-go, and offers subscribers the ability to download and play unlimited games on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. As well as the SmartWoman App, designed to support and develop women with its content in the country, and provides educational content, social networking and social impact information for female Ooredoo customers only.
The Ooredoo Extra site also includes a dedicated MyTones page that allows users to customise their calling experience. Thanks to the MyTones section customers can preview, buy, and gift a tone through the website.
The Ooredoo Extra feature was developed to bring more ease and convenience to customers by managing their own services.
Demand for premium services has risen strongly in 2016, particularly as more customers enjoy the speed and reliability of Ooredoo’s 4G and 4G+ services, made available on its Supernet.
Ooredoo Extra is available now for free at http://extra.ooredoo.qa, or can be accessed through Ooredoo’s main website under ‘4G+ Mobile’.
