The third season of Aspire Zone Foundation’s “Splash and Dash” programme has kicked off, offering members of the local community another opportunity to stay fit and active during the summer months.
The programme is open to all swimming and running enthusiasts aged 9 and above. It takes place every Sunday and Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm in the indoor Warm-Up Track and swimming arena within Aspire Dome. The new season of the programme will continue until the end of August.
Those interested in taking part can register at the programme’s registration desks in Aspire Dome between 6pm and 9pm every Sunday and Wednesday. The programme has a capacity of 100 participants per day.
Aspire Zone Foundation organises a number of community events and activities throughout the year, during which it opens its advanced and well-equipped facilities to all community members, offering them the opportunity to practice their favourite sport and physical activities with the objective of becoming a favourite sports destination for the entire community.
