Commercial Bank, Qatar’s first private bank, has announced the winners of its Online Banking campaign, which awarded three auto registered customers for using Online Banking to complete various transactions during the month of July 2016.
Commercial Bank continues to meet the growing demand for efficient online services, and leads the market in Qatar by offering its customers the most innovative, secure and reliable internet banking technologies.
The three winners, Patrick White, Carlos Anthony Samson and Osama Salha, were rewarded with travel vouchers from Dnata, worth up to QR20,000 for their frequent use of Online Banking services.
Customers who carried out international transfers, credit card payments, bill payments, subscribed to e-statements, activated, replaced, or reissued a Bank card, or set up new accounts were automatically registered in the Online Banking campaign.
The campaign highlighted the convenience of using Online Banking and encouraged Commercial Bank customers to benefit from the features offered, which include making regular payments to Kahramaa, Ooredoo, Vodafone, Qatar Cool and other merchants available through Commercial Bank’s digital channels.
Martin Leong, Commercial Bank AGM, Retail & Consumer Banking said: “Understanding the needs of our customers and helping them achieve their financial needs is one of Commercial Bank`s core values, which is why the Online Banking experience is as important as serving our customer face-to-face. We are consistently developing features to ensure the delivery of an excellent online service, and through the Auto Registration Campaign, we manage to emphasise how customers can take care of their banking at their own convenience, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week.”
