Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) president HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday met with the Qatari athletes in the Olympic Village at the Rio 2016 Olympics, to motivate them and check on their preparations for the competition. During the meeting, Sheikh Joaan reiterated QOC’s support to the Qatari teams, and urged all to exert maximum efforts during the competition to show the great development witnessed by Qatari sport.
