Kalyan Jewellers launches ‘Dancing Diamond’ collection

Kalyan Jewellers has announced the launch of Glo, a collection of “dancing diamond” jewellery.
The collection features pendants, rings, earrings and bracelets, crafted and placed in a way that allows the diamond in the centre to “dance gracefully, with every twist, every turn and every heartbeat”, the jeweller has said in a statement.
The Glo collection will be showcased in a new brand campaign featuring Kalyan Jewellers brand ambassador Sonam Kapoor. The collection is priced at QR1,800 onwards and available at all Kalyan  Jewellers showrooms across Qatar.
T S Kalyanaraman, chairman and managing director of Kalyan Jewellers, said: “The ‘dancing diamond’ collection, Glo, is an ode to the multidimensional woman of today and is an extension of her personality. We believe that the collection will resonate well with our customers in the region and be a perfect adornment for any special occasion.”
Unlike other diamond jewellery where the stone hangs from one side and touches the skin, the centre stone or cluster of diamonds in the Glo Collection is suspended from two sides, preventing the centrepiece from touching the person’s body, the statement notes. “This enables the diamond to move continuously, making it sparkle consistently and allude to the dancing illusion.”
