Margot Robbie credits sleep for trim physique

Actress Margot Robbie says getting a good night’s rest makes her look much better than enduring long sessions in the gym.
“I feel like my body looks better if I get more sleep rather than an hour at the gym,” The Suicide Squad actress told America’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine, reports femalefirst.o.uk.
However, the 26-year-old actress doesn’t always find it easy to drop off and get enough rest.
“I rush home because the priority is to get as much sleep as possible. I’m something of an insomniac; I’ve got eye masks and sleep music and melatonin and lots of soothing scents. I do everything possible to try to sleep better. I can’t go home and fall straight asleep; it takes a long time to switch my brain off,” she said.
When she does work out, Robbie prefers to do sports and activities she finds fun than spend time in the gym.
She said: “If I have the time, I like dance classes; it doesn’t feel like exercise to me. Or just playing sports with friends. Sometimes I play tennis, even though I’m not that good. If I’m in Los Angeles, I go see Andie Hecker. She used to be a ballerina, and she incorporates ballet techniques with a Pilates machine with weights.”
Perfume is very important to the actress as she uses it to help get into character.
“I always pick a new perfume to help differentiate my characters. Fortunately I was doing the Calvin Klein campaign shoot right before starting this film, and they let me keep the sample of Deep Euphoria, which is coming out in September,” she said.
she added: “I was like, Oh, my my, that’s perfect for the character I’m about to play. It was good timing. Deep Euphoria is an intense scent but still very feminine. I’m playing a femme fatale sort of character, so I thought she needed a sexy scent.” — IANS

Won’t camouflage baby bump on screen: Kareena

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is expecting her first child with Saif Ali Khan, says she won’t camouflage her pregnancy on screen for any role.
The mom-to-be said her pregnancy does not affect her hectic work schedule or her career. “Well I will definitely go on with my normal life. I am a working woman and there is absolutely nothing wrong in that. I love my job and I’m passionate about my work. I have wanted to became an actress ever since I was in my mother’s womb. So I will continue acting all my life until I am 80,” Kareena said.
The actress will begin shooting for Shashanka Ghosh’s Veere Di Wedding in October. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
“Whichever role I do, I am not going to camouflage it on screen. I am proud of this phase (being pregnant) that I am in and there is nothing to hide about it. Whichever film I choose to do you will see me the way I am. Right now, I am working on dates so it all depends on how I feel,” she added.

Lindsay Lohan ready
to talk about Tarabasov

Actress Lindsay Lohan is willing to appear on a popular Russian TV show to discuss her relationship and breakup with Egor Tarabasov — but it will come at a heavy price. She has demanded a lot of money and fancy stuff, including a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, in return for the interview, reports tmz.com.
People behind the popular show Pust Govoryat have invited Lohan to the show via a letter, in which they say: “Please send the list of demands.”
The 30-year-old star has sent them a list of her requests, which include 500,000 British pounds and a private jet with “hair, make-up and manicurist” on board. She also wants a personal security team, one year Russian visa with extension, a Ritz-Carlton penthouse suite as well as a chance to see Putin and take photographs with him.
Lohan is negotiating with the show’s executives and some of her demands have already been met, the report said. Lohan and Tarabasov, a Russian businessman, split after public fights and a cheating allegation. Amid the drama, a video surfaced online showing the actress yelling at her then-fiance on the balcony of her London apartment and accusing him of trying to kill her. — IANS

Sushant Singh Rajput
injured on Raabta set

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has ended up with an injury while shooting for the last schedule of his upcoming film Raabta.
The 30-year-old actor was performing a daring stunt when a ligament in his right knee tore five days ago.
He says the slippery ground where he had to perform the stunts caused him the injury. “We practiced a lot and I could do the stunt properly everytime, but unfortunately on the day of the shoot it was pouring and the ground was slippery. That caused the injury. I am glad that we could still finish the scene as planned,” Sushant said in a statement.
The extent of Sushant’s injury has resulted in the doctors advising him to refrain from running or indulging in any kind of strenuous workout for a month. Directed by Dinesh Vijan, Raabta also stars Kriti Sanon. – IANS
