Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has appealed to customers to avail of the advanced features on its website and Kahramaa Apps to make services easy.
In a statement, Kahramaa has said the applications for smart devices are now available in its news shape and it provides a variety of new options to enable the customers to make use of the corporation’s services wherever they are.
Through the Kahramaa Apps a customer could personally do the meter reading for both water and electricity. They could also take a photo of the meter reading and send it to Kahramaa in the event of an emergency.
The statement also said all new developments within the corporation are updated through the website at frequent intervals to help customers familiarise with the same.
