A temporary closure will be in place on the Onaiza Street in both directions from and to the Civil Defence Intersection for three days from tomorrow.
The closure is to enable works to convert the Civil Defence Roundabout to a signal-controlled intersection.
As the Onaiza Street will remain closed in the direction from Civil Defence Intersection to Onaiza Intersection, traffic will be diverted to Mohamed Bin Thani Street. Traffic will also be diverted right onto Khalifa Street and thereafter to TV Roundabout in the direction from Onaiza Intersection to the Civil Defence Intersection. Those coming from the TV Roundabout to Civil Defence Intersection will be diverted to Khalifa Street and further towards Oryx Intersection (as shown in the map).
