QNB has announced the names of 30 winners of its recently launched “ATM Use & Win’’ campaign.
The winners participated in a special campaign for QNB customers between March 27 and July 31.
The “ATM Use & Win” campaign attracted a large number of participants, who performed transactions at QNB ATMs for a chance to win an Apple Watch and Samsung Gear S2, the bank said in a statement yesterday.
“QNB has the largest ATM network in Qatar with more than 400 ATMs,” the statement noted.
Also, a select number of QNB ATMs are equipped with IRIS scan technology, which uses the biometric authentication system, allowing secure access to banking facilities through the biological traits of customers’ irises, so that they can authenticate themselves without using their banking card or PIN.
As an addition to ATMs, QNB recently launched the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). The ITM is powered with an interactive touchscreen, allowing the customer to reach a remote live personal teller via a high-quality video/audio conferencing session to conduct most of the traditional in-branch operations.
“The launch of these new technologies is part of QNB’s ongoing efforts and commitment to find creative and innovative solutions that exceed the expectations of its valued customers,” the bank added.
