HMC’s OPD clinics to be closed from Sept 11 to 13

Hamad Medical Corp (HMC) has announced the timings of its clinics and departments during the Eid al-Adha holidays.
All emergency services across HMC’s network of hospitals will continue to operate as usual, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All Outpatient Department (OPD) clinics will be closed from September 11 to 13.
OPD clinics at Hamad General Hospital will be open on September 14 and 15 with a limited number of clinics. Patients will be informed of their appointment timings. The OPD pharmacy will be open from 7am to 3pm from September 14.
At Women’s Hospital, high Risk, Foeto-Maternal Unit and Newborn Screening Clinics scheduled for September 13 to 15 and 18 will be open. The OPD pharmacy will be open from 7am to 3pm from September 13.
At National Centre for Cancer Care and Research, radiotherapy services will operate as normal. Haematology and Oncology Clinics are scheduled for mornings only on September 14 and 15 as there will be no evening clinics.
The Day Care Unit will be closed on September 11 and 12 . The hospital pharmacy will be open from 7am to 3pm on September 13-15.
OPD and all out-patient non-invasive procedure clinics at Heart Hospital will be closed from September 11 to 15. The OPD pharmacy will be open from 11am to 5pm from September 11 onwards.
The OPD of Al Wakra Hospital will be closed all week except for rehabilitation clinics. Other clinics will resume with a reduced schedule on September 14 and 15. Patients will be informed of their appointment times. The OPD pharmacy will open with clinics on September 14 and 15.
At Al Khor Hospital, OPD clinics will be closed all week and will re-open on September 18. However the OPD pharmacy will be open daily from 7am to 3pm.
The Cuban Hospital OPD clinics will be closed all week and will re-open on September 18. Pharmacy services will be available from the Emergency Department.
Rumailah Hospital OPD clinics will be closed during the period. However, the plastic surgery and dermatology will have ‘walk in’ clinics on September 14 and 15. Geriatrics, Maxiofacial, Physical Medicine Rehabilitation and Dentistry will have daily walk in clinics - all open between 8am and 1pm.
The OPD pharmacy will be open from 8am to 1pm daily
At Mental Health Services, clinics will be open on September 14 and 15 as per scheduled appointments. The OPD pharmacy will also open on September 14 and 15.
The Hamad Customer Service Centre (Nesma’ak) will be closed from September 11 to 13 and will reopen on September 14. Patients requiring any information can call 16060 during these times to inquire about or change their appointments.
