Juma Khamis al-Muraikhi, director, municipality, has issued an administrative decision in this regard.
This is the fourth errant supermarket to be shut down permanently within the Al Khor and Al Thakira Municipality’s jurisdiction over the last few days for operating without permits.
The outlet in Umm Baraka was raided by the authorities concerned after the Health Inspection Section learnt that foodstuff was being sold at the supermarket without obtaining a licence.
