Elan Media’s printing house, Qatar International Print, has announced its achievement of the ISO 9001:2015 and the OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications.
The certificate was received by Tariq al-Hammadi, acting Group chief support officer, from Selim Kseib, chief executive of Bureau Veritas in Qatar.
With this award, Elan Media has become the “only printing and signage service provider in the region to garner the two certifications, and further demonstrates its commitment to provide clients with a professional service that meets the highest international quality and safety standards”, the company has said in a press statement.
On his part, Kseib said: “I would like to extend my compliments to the entire team of Elan Media for this accomplishment. It truly reflects a high level of commitment from the leadership and the entire team, to benchmark best international practices in management systems. Elan Media has successfully demonstrated compliance with these International Standard requirements and we are pleased to welcome Elan Media as an integral part of our family of over 100,000 certified clients worldwide.”
Elan Media has been operating in Qatar for 12 years. It currently prints over 950,000sq m of advertising material per year and delivers a wide variety of steel and signage projects, including “wayfinding”, fences, scaffolding, etc.
