The Sudanese president stressed that the country has room for everyone by laying the foundations of consensus and compromise, which achieved an unprecedented unanimity in Sudan’s history as well as serious and sincere desire to achieve lasting stability.
Bashir reiterated his call for all reluctant parties to join the national document and stressed that the document is open for all to, noting that rejecting it means taking a stance against the wishes of the Sudanese people, something that, he said, requires firmness.
President Bashir said that October 10 will be a national occasion celebrated every year as a symbol of national unity and strength of national decision.
He assured the Sudanese people that the coming phase will see big positive developments for the sustainability of stability.
