Deliopolis is distributor of Certified Angus Beef

Deliopolis, a food distributor in Qatar and a subsidiary of Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (Artic), has announced that it signed a distribution agreement with Certified Angus Beef to distribute its products in Qatar.
Certified Angus Beef is a not-for-profit organisation formed and owned by the American Angus Association. Its members are farming and ranching families, and its certification assures consumers of a premium product, bred and prepared to the Association’s exacting standards.
The American Angus Association is widely considered to be the category leader in quality, availability, market share, customer recognition, and marketing support in the supply of Angus beef, and the Certified Angus Beef mark guarantees the quality of the Angus brand.
Yanni Jouaneh, shareholder and executive board member at Deliopolis said: “We are proud of this partnership with Certified Angus Beef as it reflects Deliopolis’s commitment to partner with industry leaders to offer the highest quality produce. Qatar has witnessed tremendous growth during the past few years, in particular the hospitality sector, where several high-end hotels and restaurants have entered the market creating a demand for niche products.
“Deliopolis is considered the preferred food distributor in Qatar and we will continue to widen the range of our product offerings and fulfil the growing market demand while we stay committed to our core values of quality, service and trust. Becoming a Certified Angus Beef brand partner gives us a competitive advantage and helps us retain loyal customers who appreciate our commitment to quality.”
Certified Angus Beef founders said: “We are very happy to enhance our presence in the Qatar market through Deliopolis as they share our commitment to offering the best products. Certified Angus Beef adheres to stringent quality standards to make each cut a taste of the heartland. With the Certified Angus Beef brand, we assure that our partner distributors will gain a distinct advantage over the competition.
“In support of the distribution partnership, a team of beef experts from Certified Angus Beef travelled to Doha to provide extensive technical and scientific training for Deliopolis staff, significantly increasing the company’s expertise and knowledge base about Angus beef and enabling it to connect with its customers on a new, uniquely well-informed level.”
