Bethel Group chairman Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hassan al-Thani said the ISO certification reflects the importance placed by the company on following the highest standards in securing efficiency and customer satisfaction. He said: “The awarding of this ISO is yet another indication of the company’s determination to apply the best international standards across all our business and administrative practices. As such, the ISO 9001 and 10002 are vital tools in our efforts to achieve the transformation into smart and effective management, as per the directives of the Qatari government and Bethel’s executive team.” British ambassador Ajay Sharma and Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani were among the dignitaries present during the event.
