Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has won the Digital HR of the Year Award at the fourth GCC Government HR Summit in Abu Dhabi.
The award was received by Kahramaa’s human resources department manager Najlaa al-Buanain.
The GCC Government HR awards comprised 13 categories and were created and designed to recognise, felicitate and honour outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of human resources.
The three-day summit under the theme “Creating a breakthrough in the people performance”, was open to all and had many nominations for the awards from the government and private sector.
Speaking on the occasion, al-Buanain said that Kahramaa’s felicitation at the GCC Government HR Award reflects the testimony of its professionalism and best HR digital services and practices in the region.
Kahramaa is committed to providing better customer services through effective and dynamic human resource strategies, systems and business processes aligned to meet its corporate objectives and goals set out by the Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030, the corporation said in a statement.
