LG Electronics has announced that it will open its first brand shop in the country at Mall of Qatar.
The new LG store is scheduled to open its doors next month, according to a press statement.
“Conceptualised with an intuitive layout, the outlet is specifically designed to showcase LG’s cutting-edge technology from across different business units, including home appliances, home entertainment, mobile communications, IT and residential AC, providing a fully immersive hands-on experience,” the statement noted.
A complete portfolio of LG Electronics premium range of products will be showcased within dedicated areas in the showroom.
“The opening of the first LG brand shop in Qatar would not have been possible without having a long-term trustworthy partner like Video Home & Electronic Centre/Jumbo Electronics, whose team and management have been instrumental in LG’s leadership in Qatar. As LG expands, we will continue to ensure that our premium products are accessible and enjoyed by the avid Qatari consumer,” said Kevin Cha, president of LG Electronics, Middle East & Africa.
Planned for Q1 2017 is the LG Signature lineup, including 4K OLED TVs, in home entertainment and TwinWash washing machines in home appliances. LG Signature products bring together the company’s “best technology and best designs under a single name, where each product stays pure, sophisticated and true to its essence”, the statement further explains.
“LG Electronics continues to set the market standard and is a global leader and true technology innovator. As LG sets foot in opening its first brand shop, it demonstrates its commitment to Qatar and the local consumer. We congratulate LG on its achievement and look forward to many years of partnership and continued successes,” said C V Rappai, director and CEO, Video Home & Electronic Centre/Jumbo Electronics.
LG has also announced the upcoming launch of its latest digital signage solutions, including its OLED Wallpaper display, which is “designed to redefine” the regional luxury display landscape. It is slim, light and space-saving, “providing an extraordinary customer experience” in premium outlet locations. “With its magnetic functionality, the OLED Wallpaper display conveniently operates like a video wall by seamlessly attaching to a magnetic mat, elegantly appearing as a sleek and premium-design display solution,” the statement adds.
