HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday met with visiting Argentine Vice President Marta Gabriela Michetti and the delegation accompanying her. At the outset of the meeting, held at the Emiri Diwan, HH the Emir welcomed the vice president, hailing relations between Qatar and Argentina. The Emir said the visit was a significant step in developing bilateral relations on all fronts, particularly in economy and investment. For her part, the Argentine vice president expressed her delight at the visit to Qatar, voicing her gratitude and appreciation to HH the Emir for the warm reception and hospitality. The meeting discussed ways to enhance the bilateral relations in all fields in addition to reviewing a set of issues of mutual interest.
