Commercial Bank has announced the winners of a campaign rewarding customers for using the bank’s digital channels instead of visiting a branch.
Customers who completed the highest number of transactions using Commercial Bank’s mobile banking app or Internet banking portal between April 20 and September 20 received gift vouchers from dnata Travel.
A wide range of online transactions qualified for the campaign, including local or international transfers, credit card payments, bill payments such as Kahramaa, Ooredoo, Vodafone, Qatar Cool and other merchants available on the bank’s digital channels, purchasing top-up vouchers from Ooredoo, activating, replacing or reissuing PINs for debit or credit cards, subscription to eStatements and completing a
new account application online.
A total of five winners were announced, all claiming vouchers from dnata Travel ranging in value from QR3,000 to QR15,000. In first place was Krishnamoorthi Kaliappan, who received a QR15,000 voucher for completing 1,030 transactions during the campaign period.
Using the mobile banking app or Internet banking portal, customers can bank “at their own convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week”, the bank has said in a press statement.
“Commercial Bank is proud to be the pioneers of digital banking innovations and provide the most secure and easy-to-use digital services that save customers the time and expense of visiting a branch in person,” it adds.
