Message on bilateral ties
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani has sent a written message to Myanmar’s Federal Minister for Home Affairs, Lt Gen Kyaw Swe, on relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them. The message was delivered by Qatar’s ambassador to Myanmar Hassan bin Mohamed Rafi al-Emadi, during a meeting with the minister of internal affairs of Myanmar.

Paraguay invites Qatar investors
Paraguay’s Minister of Finance Santiago Pena yesterday called on Qatari businessmen to visit the country to identify investment opportunities available there. This came in a statement released by the Qatari Businessmen Association, after holding a meeting with the Minister of Finance and Francisco Barriocanal. The meeting took place on the sidelines of their visit to Qatar to discuss bilateral relations and ways to enhance them.
