Chairman of Doha International Centre for Interfaith Dialogue (DICID) Dr Ibrahim Saleh al-Nuaimi met the chairman of Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology Mohamed Khan Sheerani in Doha yesterday. The meeting dealt with the role of dialogue in promoting Islam. Dr al-Nuaimi made a presentation on DICID’s activities. Sheerani stressed the importance of the role of the Doha International Centre for Interfaith Dialogue in the rejection of intolerance and promoting the culture of dialogue between religions to achieve peaceful coexistence among believers.
