United Cars Almana (UCA), the authorised Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealership in Qatar, has been commended on its quality of customer relationship management (CRM) and technical after-sales after being named first runner-up during the CRM conference organised by FCA Middle East in Dubai.
Also, UCA technicians were among the top finalists in the Mopar Technical Contest, the company said in a press statement.
“UCA has been continuously investing in manpower and talent, especially in after-sales. This is in addition to the dedicated CRM team of Almana that has implemented solid processes to attend to every single customer. Because of our philosophy to serve our customers in the highest standards possible, they have rated our service highly - which influenced our CSI (customer satisfaction index) scores in the region,” said Gurdeep Singh Multani, general manager, UCA.
He said: “This is the first time that United Cars Almana has entered this prestigious competition and to have made it to the finals is testament to the achievements we have made as a dealership over the past 12 months.
“We have made considerable investments in the best technical courses and trainers, providing our technicians with the highest level of product knowledge and standards that enable them to better serve our customers. This achievement is a tribute to our entire team for their continued dedication and effort.” Earlier this year, UCA received the Best Performance award in the first quarter of 2016 from the international Mopar Awards Committee.
“As part of its relentless commitment to customer service and support, UCA has implemented a number of improvements across its after-sales facility, encompassing its Industrial Area and the Quick Service Lane in Gharafah,” the statement noted.
Further, UCA said it remained “committed towards customers and their convenience”, increasing its working hours to seven days a week.
The Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge after-sales is now open in the Industrial Area (Street 23) from 7am to 9pm, Saturday to Thursday, and from 7am to 11am and 2pm to 9pm, Friday.
